Age 57, died November 29, 2013 at his home.
Gerald was born September 22, 1956. He graduated at Conrad High School. He also attended the University of Delaware, Wilmington College, and King’s College in Wilkesboro, PA. He enjoyed skiing.
He was the son of the late Gerald and Alice (Swales) Forlano. He is survived by his loving sister, Jean Forlano; and many cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service at Newark Wesleyan Church, on Sunday, December 8, 2013 at 12:30 pm. Interment is private.

Richard S. Hand, Sr., “Big Rich” of Little Creek, DE passed away Sunday, December 1, 2013 at Kent General Hospital in Dover, DE. He was 60.
Mr. Hand was born October 27, 1953 in Dover, the son of the late Roy and Marian Hand.
He spent his lifetime as a Commercial Waterman on the Delaware Bay. His passion was running the dredge boat.

Anthony J. Kotowski, Jr.
Resident of New Castle, DE passed away surrounded by his family on Dec. 1, 2013.
Born in Wilmington to the late Anthony Sr. and Alma. He is preceded in death by brothers, Richard and Robert; and great grandson, Aiden Marquis.
Tony proudly served his country as a Naval Reservist and Air Guardsman. He was retired from Insulators Union Local #42. He was past President of Nest #20 Polish Falcons of America, Past Grand Knight of Bishop Becker Council #2856, and 4th Degree member of Archbishop Fitzmaurice Assembly Knights of Columbus. Tony was a member of St. Peter’s R. C. Church in New Castle for over 50 years, where he served as Eucharistic Minister and carnival committee member. Tony was also involved in various community organizations. He enjoyed traveling, bowling, reading, and playing cards at the Weston Senior Center.
He is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 58 years, Glenda (Lillard); his sons, Donald (Laura), Anthony III (Beth); his daughters, Judith Marquis (Michael), Jacqueline Lee (Timothy), and Theresa O’Keefe; his grandchildren, Michael, Therese, Donald Jr., Nina, Anthony IV, Laura, Rhiannon, Meghan, Nicholas, Shea, and Derek; his great grandchildren, Liliana and Carmine; his brother, Stanley (Marie); and his sisters, Barbara Cimorosi, and Josephine Conti (Danny).
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter’s R. C. Church, 5th & Harmony Sts., New Castle on Friday, December 6, 2013 at 10 am. Friends may call at the Krienen Funeral Home, 34 West 6th St., New Castle on Thursday evening, December 5th from 6-8 pm. There will not be a visitation before the Mass. Interment in St. Peter R. C. Church Cemetery.

Margaret (Sally) was born on November 9, 1917 in Barnesboro, PA (renamed N. Cambria) to the late Samuel Sleigh and Margaret P. Jones Sleigh.
Margaret (Sally) was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved to work in the yard, cook, sew, read, knit and crochet. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Dover.
